Actress Elaine Hendrix was cast on the show. No details are available to the public at the moment. People saw her name on the chair in one of the IG posts or stories made by Michael Michele (Dominique). There is no official word out yet but fans on Instagram are speculating that she might be the new Alexis. She looks a little bit like Liz Gillies. Well ... if she really is the new Alexis then I'm going to be really disappointed because this is taking an even stranger direction.

Well, she looks a bit like both Nicollette and (a lot more) like Liz, so I guess the re-casting is not that wrong...Besides, she played once Marilyn Munster and that´s a plus for this show... (oh and she can sing too, so mum and daughter can play a duet now...)

I mean ideally Id want Nicollette to return but this is about as good as were gonna get, she looks like Liz, has good chemistry with her and knows how to play a shady bitch, Im down for it, lets hope her and Cristal 3 will get a good fight

She does indeed look like a mix of Nicollette and Liz. If this is the "new Alexis" I'm sure we will be hearing it officially sooner or later--perhaps to coincide with the season premiere.

And if she "doesn't work out", we will find out she's not the Real Alexis, but is in fact a woman Adam hired to impersonate Alexis to help him with his schemes. Since Alexis supposedly had plastic surgery again, the family would not really know she was an impostor until....Nicollette Sheridan makes a shocking return as "the Real Alexis" to blow Adam out of the water and have a huge catfight with the impostor. I mean, it's not like this would be uncharted territory. I can already see Blake plotting to get the two Alexises AND Cristal into bed for a Four-gy For The Ages.

Sorry, nope...
I only watched it on Netflix and therefore didn't download it at the time. And the source where i download my stuff has only very recent episodes from shows, like the last 2 or 3 weeks after original airing, after that time it's gone.
But S2 is on Netflix... so subscribe for 10€ for a month or even use your free trial month (if you haven't already) and enjoy it on Netflix.

This show is going to oversose on recasts... Deadly.
(I guess) they will be no explanation for Cristal's new face, but if Alexis ever comes back with a new face of her own, it'll be justified with surgery. It's quite messy... I know some recasts were justified while others were not ( Jack Coleman, Emma Samms, Karen Cellini...) but never within the SAME season at least, which would have been totally absurd.
NewDominique seems to be evil. I suggest CW Dynasty put NewAlexis to rest, the character has been wasted beyond recognition. Burned out litterally.
Since CW Dynasty is taking different paths anyway maybe they should try the Dominique way and forget about Alexis?
