In # 13.16 (DVD count) / 12.16 (original count), the establishing shot of Barkley, OK is actually from Denver. It is a view from Civic Park towards the Voorhies Memorial with downtown highrises in the background:

The exteriors of Duke Carlisle's house are portrayed by a private residence named The Chateau at 782 West Potrero Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91361:
Dallas-DE13.17-17.23.JPG

The house Jeanne shows to the couple is located at 10815 Pickford Way, Culver City, CA 90230 -- it's the same locations as the one used in # 13.09 (DVD) / 12.09 (original) as the house in Galveston, TX (see my post # 994):
Dallas-DE13.17-19.00.JPG

The reason why the interiors of Carlisle's home do not match the architectural style of the exteriors at all (see above) is that it's a completely different location. It is Mary Pickford's former residence at 56 Fremont Place, Los Angeles, CA 90005, situated in a gated community. Compare my post # 950 for an old establishing shot of this mansion -- used as the mansion on Martinique where the masquerade took place in the dream season, # 9.24 (DVD) / 8.24 (original):

In # 13.20 (DVD count) / 12.20 (original count), the police station is portrayed by the rear entrance (facing Culver Boulevard) of the Irving Thalberg Building at Lorimar Studios (previously MGM, now Sony).
During the MGM era, the Art Déco / Streamline Moderne style Thalberg Building had been the studio's executive building and main administration of the studio lot before MGM moved its headquarters to the newly built MGM Plaza (nowadays One Culver) across from the Madison Gate.

The Western town where Ellie and Clayton arrive is Laramie Street at Warner Bros. Studios, 4000 Warner Boulevard, Burbank, CA 91522. This was the last standing western set at The Burbank Studios / Warner Bros. at the time; it was demolished in 2003. It was located where nowadays Warner Village sits (a suburban-style anywhere-USA-type residential street that has real homes that serve as production offices, but are photogenic for exterior filming).
Just as a side note, back in the day when "Dallas" was shot, Warner had just fought off Lorimar's attempt of a takeover and, after merging with Time Inc., Warner Communications bought out Lorimar in turn (January 21, 1989). That's why many Lorimar shows filmed a lot more scenes at TBS / WB again in the 1989-90 season and beyond -- simply a matter of trimming down costs. In the complex transactions following WB's takeover of Lorimar, WB and Columbia dissolved their partnership in The Burbank Studios, which put WB back in control of TBS (now renamed WB Studios and Warner Bros. Ranch, the latter being the ex-Columbia Ranch) while Columbia became the owner of Lorimar Studios (previously MGM) in Culver City. Columbia, by the way, had just been sold by its parent company, Coca-Cola, to Sony at the time. A widely spread myth claims that settling a legal battle between WB and Sony over certain producers was the reason for transferring ownership of Lorimar Studios to Columbia, which was not the key factor though. It was basically a regulatory matter because a conglomerate consisting of WB and Lorimar plus Columbia (via their TBS joint venture) was out of the question from the standpoint of anti-trust laws.

Anyway, this was WB's Laramie Street:

The establishing shot of the Paradise Motel where Clayton and Ellie are staying is stock footage of the motel by the same name (not a prop sign) located at 1116 West Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90012:

Not a real location, but did anyone notice that the interior set of Arlan Ward's home consists of the same set elements as Carter's (previously Ray's) home? Just a minor redress -- screen grab is from # 13.21 (DVD count) / 12.21 (original count).

Yes! Minor redress is right!

See a lot more of those in the final years.

I think I don't have to add a screen grab for April & Bobby's hotel, Le Royal Monceau (37 Avenue Hoche, F-75008 Paris / France) because it's so obvious and common knowledge.

April and Bobby's boat tour on the Seine river starts near the bridge that was called Passerelle Solférino filmed in eastern direction; it was obviously photographed from the embankment at the Jardin des Touileries. The bridge looks totally different nowadays because it was rebuilt betwen 1997 and 1999. Also, it was renamed Passerelle Léopold-Sédar-Senghor in 2006:
Dallas-DE14.01-21.16.JPG

The little street with restaurants April and Bobby are walking along is Quai de la Tournelle, photographed in northwestern direction. The phone number on the canopy still exists; that restaurant is nowadays the Auberge Notre-Dame at 69, quai de la Tournelle, F-75005 Paris / France. I don't know if it had a different name back then:
Dallas-DE14.01-28.JPG

The real touristy view of the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris was photographed from the Pont de l'Archevêché:

Paris from # 14.01 (DVD count) / 13.01 (original count) -- continued:

The little street where April and Bobby are shopping shortly before they run into Jordan Lee is 6 Rue Cardinale, F-75006 Paris / France. It seems the Guenmaï restaurant still exists today. It's located at the corner of Rue de l'Abbaye. At the next corner, at Rue de Bourbon le Château, the corner building is the hat store -- don't now if "Didier..." was the name back then or if that was a prop lettering, but it's a wine store (La Dernière Goutte) nowadays:
Dallas-DE14.01-29.45.JPG

The place where Bobby and Jordan have a drink is probably nearby. The awning in the background reads "hamon quatre saison". I was in Paris quite a few times, particularly in the 1990's, but don't recall such a place, and Googling didn't really help. So I'm not sure about this one...

With help from a Plano Facebook group I was able to finally learn the location of the restaurant that Sue Ellen visits on her trip to Braddock in season three’s ‘Rodeo.’ It was located in a shopping plaza called Downtown Center situated at the southwest corner of K Avenue and 16th Street. It was demolished in the early 1990s.

I am not sure about the bridge in the first scene under opening credits. It might be Pont Royal or Pont du Carrousel.

Neither can I identify the police station ("Administration" can be read on the sign above the entrance) at 14:41 into the episode (time stamp refers to region 2 PAL DVDs).

Where Sheila takes Bobby to see April in the car is Avenue Gustave V de Suède near the Fontaine du Jardins du Trocadéro in Paris:
Dallas-DE14.02-18.55.JPG

The little street where Bobby and Sheila walk along is Rue de Furstemberg. The Yveline store visible as they pass by is still in business (4 Rue de Furstemberg):

By the way, I'm still looking for the historic building where Bobby tells Mark to follow him from the Royal Monceau the next day and then to follow April (approx. 08:05 into the episode -- region 2 PAL time stamp).
I'm also looking for the exterior location of the reception at approx. 16:58 (also region 2 PAL time stamp) and the interior location for the later reception (approx. 43 minutes into the episode). Maybe the same place? Just a guess.
At 19:37, the place where April is kept is still unidentified also. Before the car arrives, we can see a store (?) named Offenthal at the corner in the background, but that name didn't help me find the correct place.
