What foods don't you like? Have you ever just decided after eating something for a long time that you don't like it?

I always ate strawberries, always believed the strawberry hype but a few years ago I realised they are far from my favourite fruit. Not really a fan, I'd rather have a bowl of cherries or raspberries please. The strawberry is overrated. lol.

I like most things and will try anything once, but there are somethings I really dislike.
Mushrooms
Coconut and Coconut water
Blueberries
Squid
Liver/kidney or any other organ

  • Liver (probably the most disgusting thing I've tried)
  • Heated cabbage (I am fine with raw cabbage and fried kale, but not fried/boiled/heated up cabbage!)
  • Swede (I may be one, but I hate the vegetable) --- What's the difference between a swede and a turnip?!
  • Olives
  • Elders
  • Cheesecake
  • Most soups

Well, I can't eat fish and other seafood, egg, chocolate, cheese, seafood, grapefruit, cream and wine for health reasons, unless I fancy the prospect of anaphylactic shock.

I don't like Coconut and coconut water, marmite, bovril, barbecued meat or goat. I avoid alcohol, except to lace my food with it. Apart from sherry and biscuits.
Liver/kidney or any other organ
I can play a three manual organ. Quite a mouthful.

Ok so seeing all these has made me realise there are a few other things I dislike.
Hotdogs, those hotdog sausages. No thanks.
Cottage cheese - possibly the only cheese I don't like.
Marmite
Grapefruit
CHRISTMAS CAKE - I refuse to believe anyone would eat this given the choice! It's vile, it tastes like sawdust and ash mixed with old fruit and gin. The texture of ground bricks and mud.

The most disgusting thing I've ever seen was a salmon...what was it...cream?..in a tube (like a tube of ketchup).
There are things that just don't belong in a tube.

I have no problem with Christmas cakes:)

Things I dislike, from the list of "standard" food:
-cheese
-butter
-milk/chocolate milk/milkshake/icecream
-sausages (when meat no longer looks like a piece of animal, I don't want it)
-fastfood (except French fries)
-PEA SOUP!!! I hope that the one who created that recipe will burn in hell for all eternity:r&r:
-soda pops (but I'd choose 7Up in case there's no alternative).
-white and brown beans

Oh that cake you posted looks delicious. When I say Christmas cake I mean the traditional aged fruit cakes that you get in the UK they are disgusting.
Wow....a nightmare with a topping of coloured sugar. If that doesn't keep the foreigners out of the country I don't know what does.

Being Irish I love almost all vegetables, including turnip, cabbage, cauliflower, and I even like spouts if they are cooked how I like, with bacon and onion. Though I only ever eat that on Christmas day. I wasn't allowed to leave the table until I finished all my veg when I was a kid eventually it must have paid off. lol

I hate liver and yet I love liver pate. I hate coconut and coconut water but I can eat a Bounty.

Nooo. Pea soup is one of the only soups I like. With mustard in it.

It's an old tradition in Sweden that pea soup is eaten on Thursdays only. Made of yellow peas and pork. It's quite a thick soup. And often, pancakes are served as a dessert.
