I will start with one question that intrigues me with everyone.

Karin, if you were to take part in Mastermind (a quiz show) what would be your specialist subject?

@Ome According to my family and friends it would be the Tv-series Dallas. :)

I know there are bigger fans than me out there. But I guess it is a topic I know a lot about.

Maybe Sarah Michelle Gellar would also work though.

Have you become the aficionado thereto by seeing the series from the DVD releases (I would imagine yours would be Region 2, because you're from Sweden), or by other means?

@bmasters9 Yes I am from Sweden so most DVD's I have are region 2. I have all seasons of Dallas on DVD in region 2. But I was a fan long before the DVD's came out. My parents watched Dallas when I was growing up so I caught the final four seasons on SVT between 1991-1993. It was Pam's car crash that hooked me. But I loved the opening credits long before I was allowed to watch the rest of the show.

@Sarah Dallas was never dubbed into Swedish. But broadcast in English with Swedish subtitles. I think if it would have been dubbed I would have started to watch it earlier. But now I had to learn how to read first.

I see! What was it about the opening credits (a.k.a. a title sequence) that grabbed you and made you the fan of the series?

@bmasters9 Honestly it was the music and the cows!
My parents must have read one of those animal books to me where you learn to associate animals to what sound they make since I called Dallas 'mu-musiken'. Lol
It didn't turn me into a fan but it peaked my interest in the show. I liked the images of the people too. :)

@Willie Oleson no I have actually never met @tommie which is ridiculous given how close we are geographically so if he wants to meet up for 'fika' some day I am definitely open to it! :)

Fika means snack. I thought of writing coffee but I don't drink that. Maybe I should have written tea. Lol

@Michelle Stevens I love both of the Stevens sisters. I love that they were allowed to have a normal sisters relationship.

But if I had to pick one favorite it would be April since we had more seasons to get to know her. Also she is the big sister just like me. :)

What's your opinion of Håkan Hellström, Ernst Kirschsteiger and Anders Tegnell?

@Emelee honestly I don't have a strong opinion of either one of them.

Håkan Hellström I don't like him but I don't dislike him. I haven't really listened to his music. So I guess I am rather indifferent. I know he is successful. Good for him. But yeah I prefer Peter Jöback when it comes to Swedish singers.

Ernst Kirschsteiger, my uncle loves to watch his remodelling of old houses show. But it is not my type of show so I have only seen a few minutes here and there. I think he seems like a nice person.

Anders Tegnell unfortunately he gets on my nerves with his press conferences and view of people as statistics. I hate Covid-19. I don't hate him. I know he is only trying to do his job as best as he can. I think too many people have died and more could have been done by our government. I don't know if Tegnell's Corona strategy works. I guess time will tell. :(

Hi Karin, I'll ask you a few questions each day if that's ok? I'll start with the following:
  1. What is your favourite place on earth?
  2. What achievement in your life are you most proud of?
  3. What is your all time favourite film?
  4. Do you have any pets?
