I may be wrong but I suspect this was the resident pub as shown in the series (rather than just any pub in any place) which adds an extra layer of soapiness to the headline (assuming my interpretation is correct).
This is from the one UK soap that
didn't have a resident pub. Also, it was very unusual for this particular character to be in a pub anyway, so the "extra layer" comes from the newspaper's implication that the type of mother of four who'd just been in a pub was asking to get raped, which was (and still is) very much a British tabloid mentality. And the "extra-extra layer" would be putting a headline about a rape next to a picture of scantily-clad model. Again, a very UK tabloid thing to do.
