Obviously Frankie. It would have been fun to see Jason try to worm his way back to Sable but for her to have realised her own worth. By that time it's too late Jason.

I hate when TV shows kill off characters, so I'd say nobody. Then it occurred to me - if someone did have to kick the bucket after the 2nd season finale - I'd go with Phillip Colby. He was even less likable to me than Frankie. But then I re-considered and went back to my original answer - nobody.

Phillip's re-appearance injected new energy into the show. And it's somewhat surprising as these returns from the dead are always hit-or-miss, but I thought it played out very well here. I found Frankie's persisting infatuation with him and what that meant for Jason and Sable fascinating. So I think that story should've gone on.

Maybe Scott's adoptive mother could've been killed and Monica accused of arranging it. And it would've actually been those evil Soviets as part of an elaborate KGB retribution for Kolya targeting the entire Colby family, so that would've been only the beginning.

That sounds like a good plot idea only problem is I LOVED the actress who played her.

I still think Frankie. She never even really worked on the show, it was such an uneven playing field. Every time I see her I roll my eyes and just want Sable to hit her and spit in her passive aggressive face.

It depends on the storyline. If there was a disaster episode (ship, plane, earthquake etc) then I expect someone to die.
Come to think of it, that would probably happen in the cliffhanger episode of season 3. The name of the victim would be revealed in season 4.
It looked as if Frankie was going to die but we also know that it didn't happen, at least not there and then.

Of course, killing off a main character (usually a member of The Family) is always a tricky thing.
In fact, didn't most soaps failed because the deceased always returned? Except Sid Fairgate, and Chase Gioberti. And Maggie Gioberti, but that was the last season anyway.

Yes, Adrienne was the "Claudia Blaisdel" of The Colbys, but perhaps her storyline was limited. Unless, like Claudia, she would marry into The Family.
Hm, not very likely. I think the Cassidys would be the perfect victims, and maybe it would be nice if Sable could have it her way this time: Her and Jason's first grandchild in the Colby house. As a twist, it would be Miles who'd become jealous, not Frankie or Jeff as Sable would have hoped.
Therefore, Sable finds herself in a very difficult situation again:D

That would have been perfect. Really, that was the true formula for the show: Sable wants something, does something *very* underhanded to get it, only for it to blow up in her face... and she never learns her lesson. But it provides endless entertainment for the rest of us, so we forgive her for it. X)

Poor, poor Frankie...She looked so innocent when she was young... :p

I´d kill off Miles...though I´d have a statue of him naked done and put right by the staircase, a la David di Michelangelo...and a bit more masculine if possible...

:eck: Kill off Miles? Miles Colby? How... very... dare you. I'm pretty sure there's a law against killing off sexy young men.

Not only should they have kept Miles for season 3, those bastard ABC managers from Capital Cities who killed off the entire series, they should've doubled down on his shirtless. scenes.

One per each episode. Mandatorily!

I dunno
I mean, I hate Frankie, but Bliss is also pretty useless so it's a toss up.

I voted for Frankie. At least Bliss can be inspired to turn into a slut like her mom.

I just realised something: in my head Bliss is Frankie's daughter, but she isn't on the show. Bliss is really that little of a character that I got confused.
