Silly rightwing troll and fabulous queen, Milo Yiannopoulos, whose "career" went belly up a couple of years ago when he was cancelled for admitting that an under-aged relationship with an older man hadn't really damaged himself in any significant way (he's since decided it did and that he'd been brainwashed) has recently decided he's no longer homosexual --- beating Dave Rubin to the finish line on that.

So Milo supposedly throws out his $150,000.00 wedding ring and renounces his own marriage to the man he now identifies as his roommate.

What's so funny is all the comments in the comment section, mostly from "christians" taking him quite seriously and wishing him well on his journey to anti-gay redemption.

Somehow I missed this story a few weeks ago:

A staunch Catholic, Milo "now only kneels for God..."

If Milo had any sense (he doesn't) he would do what Joan Collins did: have a cheap copy of the ring made and make a big show of throwing the copy into the ocean while keeping the original.

The ex is now his roommate. Sure. In the same way J. Edgar Hoover and Clyde Tolson were roommates. In the same way Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl are roommates in Burkman's house which, according to The Washington Post , "is decorated with glass chandeliers, busts of Roman emperors and a lavender-accented four-poster canopy bed with sequined throw pillows."

I've had it with the easily triggered college students of today and the teachers & faculty who enable them, they refuse to listen to opposing points of view. When Milo was booked to speak at U.C. Berkley in 2017 student protests (as well as protesters who were not students at the university) resulted in his appearance being cancelled. Milo eventually cancelled himself when he later made statements that clearly supported child molestation/statutory rape. Sunlight is a great disinfectant: instead of trying to silence idiots like Milo, we should let them speak and dig their own graves.

Milo's "ex-gay" nonsense is obviously an attempt to regain relevance within the right-wing, they're probably stupid enough to believe it. Milo can't be ex-gay because he was never gay to begin with; he's always been a self-loathing homosexual which is not the same thing as gay.

Oh, I suspect he knew to do that -- I just don't believe he tossed the real thing into the ocean.

There is absolutely no reason why a crazy moron like Milo should speak in a university. That's a place to get educated, to study. Not to degenerate because assholes are normalized in such institutions and use them only for their despicable agenda. No matter whether someone fails there it's publicity and we know with such people they like attention more than anything. So I plead for no podium at all.

As a student I protested at my university against the speech of a far-left politician whom I actually voted for at the elections. But I didn't want the political PR at the university and I think it should be banned from there as it is from schools. There are enough opposing views at most universities but articulated with common sense and no nonsense.

That sounds great in theory, but it doesn't really work. Idiots attract other idiots. Then, instead of scattered idiots, you have a collective of them.

I'm not quite sure how this old NIP/TUCK scene with Jeremy Darling applies, except that he's a Libra who's in denial and was molested by an adult... Mostly, I just wanted to see Seth kiss another dude, although I suspect that's not difficult to find:

When Rubin was on the Young Turks, he asked Kyle Kulinski if he wanted a TV show. Apparently, Rubin's always been a career-driven opportunist.

I never followed Milo much, but I seem to recall him saying he wished he wasn't gay a few years ago (I think he was talking to Joe Rogan.) Wish granted, I guess.

He also seemed to be one of those right wingers whose critiques of third wave feminism and SJWs aligned with some leftists.

As for his new-found heterosexuality, this video comes to mind:

You can't pray away narcissism either. As for Dave Rubin, you're right, he's as self-serving as they come. The fact that Rubin fawns over Jordan Peterson tells me all I need to know about his intellectual capacity - or lack thereof.

Jordan Peterson is not particularly conservative, no matter how he identifies, and has fans from sides of the aisle. Rubin's fondness for riff-raff like Ben Shapiro, however, is more damning.

Wokeness is something easy to get right, and it's pushed some leftists away from the left.
When it comes to issues such as wokeness and anti-interventionism, there is some overlap between certain factions of the left and right.

That said, I could never leave the left completely. My views on climate change, economics, criminal justice, and immigration simply wouldn't allow it.

Shapiro is insufferable. The first video of his I saw was him ranting about the John Lennon song Imagine being the worst song in history. I thought it was an Onion piece at first.

Ben Shapiro is pissed because the Blue Fairy still hasn't turned him into a real boy. Did you know his wife is a doctor? /s

Yes, the right isn't where you want to go either. But the social progressives on the left don't align with the economic progressives -- the woketivists like the centrist establishment Dems (which is a bottomless pit).

As I've said before, if the woke-SJW thing were a rightwing black op to infiltrate the political left to make it stupid and pull it down, they couldn't have done a better job.

I have a low tolerance for faux-intellectuals - regardless of political persuasion. When Peterson speaks it's a word salad, the first time I heard him I thought I was suffering from Aphasia.
