Telly Talk Addict
This 2 part documentary on Savile is an horrific watch because you know the gut punch that it's going to give you.
Part 1 focuses very much of the man himself, his career, charity work etc. It also coneys just how well in he was with the Royals and Number 10 - untouchable.
Part 2 then delves into his historic sexual abuse and it truly shocking even knowing most of the facts.
I still to this day have no idea how the tabloid media didn't get to grips with him when he was still alive, but then again he had friends in very high places. He had an involvement in over 50 hopsitals and I doubt we will ever know the full extent of his evilness.
A very informative documentary that does surprise with some facts that I wasn't aware of. Full of interviews with well known UK news broadcasters too, it gives a different insight than other "This is what he did" documentaries.
But will still make you sick to the bottom of your stomach.
