KP Snacks have been hit by hackers who have been able to gain access to their network and were holding data hostage while demanding a payment in order for the company to regain control.
KP Snacks are behind some of the UK's most popular crisp brands including Hula Hoops, Tyrell's, McCoy's Butterkist Popcorn and Nik Naks and the company have warned there could be shortages in the future.

This time 2 years ago people were stockpiling toilet rolls, maybe now is the time to start stockpiling Hula Hoops.
