[QUOTE="Richard Denault, post: 386578, member: 23030"] Susan said it in this Vanity Fair interview JANE'S TURN by Dominick Dunne Vanity Fair, November 1989 Susan had lost her job. She had been led to believe that they were going to renew her contract of Falcon Crest What she was going to say. In the interview she gave to Soap Opera in 2001, she only mentioned Jane. ROB: They haven't talked to anyone about doing an on-air reunion, have they? No, I think because Jane [Wyman] is just too weak to do it and I think they feel they would need her. In the interviews she did after finishing Falcon Crest, she never spoke about Jane again. In the memoirs that Susan published in Hello in February 1988. After finishing filming the seventh season she said [B][I]I know that some of my "Falcon Crest" colleagues—I'm referring, above all, to the newer generations—felt a little intimidated by Jane Wyman the first time they had to work with her.
