What a guy! His grandson Jason said Jimmy Carter wanted to reach his 100th birthday not for any reason of personal ego but so he could vote for Kamala Harris. In Georgia, postal voting for the Presidential election begins on 15th October.

This photo from a few years ago of the Carters with the "giant" Bidens always makes me smile.

You are allowed your own opinion just as I am. You don't need to try to negate mine with nothing but "no".
I would definitely agree on that-- in fact, Dale Carnegie advised in How to Win Friends and Influence People that such is what you are not supposed to do with other people's opinions. He said, "Show respect for other people's opinions; never say 'You're wrong'", and he says that because so doing (whether by the words 'you're wrong' or even saying 'no') can put the original opinion-holder on the defensive, and make them want to argue with you.

Kindergarten lectures don't win friends or influence people either.

Good grief, I was trying to clear up your inaccurate understanding of his presidency as a non-American, not "negate" your opinion.
Speaking of inaccurate understandings, maybe you should avoid direct confrontation when you don't know your audience. That little flag denotes WHERE I am, not WHO I am. I was not only born in the US, I lived there all my life save the last five years so save your good grief and maybe tread lighter until you know what you are talking about and who your audience is. You are very rude.

Which is why you shouldn't speak until you have something intelligent to say.
I lived through only being able to get gas on certain days, people having to stay home to watch tv because they couldn't afford a babysitter and going to the movies and dinner, and nothing being done to punish Iran for taking Americans hostage during Carter's presidency, so I am qualified and "intelligent" enough to be able to say that he was a bad president, thank you. Perhaps you should take your own advice when you don't know who your audience is.
