I think it's impossible to accurately assign number values, but I'll give a shot at ranking the Dallas episodes (not including fake Dallas aka TNT Dallas).

Regarding the Peter storyline, the first time JR told Sue Ellen he thought Peter had a crush on her, Sue Ellen replied: "JR you have a sick mind! He's just a child!"

Yet they went ahead with the storyline away. Unreal.

Not sure if you can accurately rate TNT Dallas alongside this, like most people think, original Dallas will always be the true version of the show.

I don't know how you rate TNT Dallas alongside it either. TNT Dallas was synthetic; original Dallas was the real thing. If anyone has any doubts, try to picture Jock Ewing in TNT Dallas.

Any "Dallas" where Jock Ewing doesn't fit in isn't Dallas. Without Jock Ewing there is no Ewing Oil, Southfork doesn't get saved from foreclosure, and JR, Bobby, and Ray don't exist.
