Thanks for pointing that out to me. I was stuck in the Ewingverse.
Hey, I get it! If it were allowed all 20 on my list would’ve been from Dallas.

Now that I think about it, I am French and in France, Dallas was aired for the very first time in 1981. Does that count?
- Now that I think about it, I am German and in Germany, here Dynasty is called "Der Denver Clan". So can I vote one charater from Dynasty and one from Denver-Clan ?

Okay now, we can't let there be mob rule. If things get out of hand @Ome will throw us in the shower and declare the previous three pages a season-long dream.

Would be fitting, in salute to O-R CBS Dallas's most controversial cliffhanger (which, IIRC, is to celebrate its 35th anniversary this year): simply Patrick Duffy (as Bobby) saying, "Good morning."

In the closing credits it actually said, "Patrick Duffy as ?" if I'm not mistaken. So many possibilities not taken.

Can I change my #3 to Donna Culver (Dallas), pIease?
It's what I meant to do but I think Katherine led me astray with all her sweet talk and eye shadow.
I was actually going to put Donna, but I believe she was introduced in 78 or 79.
Katherine debuted in 80 or 81., just under the wire. She's a sneaky rascal!

This is just so typical. Katherine and Alexis got all the attention because of their public, mud-slinging battle and then Abby quietly walks away with the #1 trophy.
It's as character-driven as KNOTS LANDING itself, and therefore the most deserving winner.

About 2005
And interesting for the entire 1980s, even though Dallas was most renowned in the 80s, other than Katherine there isn’t one other character introduced in the 80s even mentioned (Pamela was 1970s).
