Throw in Derek & Mavis, Percy & Phillis, Alf & Audrey, as well as pairings like Rita & Mavis, Gail & Alma, Vera & Ivy and it's difficult to find any flaws. That said, I do love some of the current pairings in today's Corrie. Carla & Roy Ali & Ryan Ken & Daniel Gail & David Sally & Tim Audrey & Claudia and I love Steve & Tracey together. They're not in the same league as Jack & Vera, but they're much closer than Tyrone & Fizz, who Corrie are trying to palm off as the modern day Jack & Vera. There are also some great individual performances (on a comedy level) from Mary, Evelyn, Moira, Emma, Gina, Sally, Jenny, Gail (who I know most people don't like today)
