[QUOTE="Miss Texas 1967, post: 208520, member: 36"] I watched the first episode of Blood and Oil (mostly because Chace Crawford is hot ), it was boring and I never tuned in for another episode. I didn't find it particularly Dallas like from what I remember, but I also never watched the rest of the show to compare. I remember everyone said Empire was what Dallas should have been, I never watched that either but it lasted 6 seasons and wasn't cancelled, it's been renewed for a final season to end this year (the ratings are super low now, on par with Dallas TNT but it's on a much bigger network so comparatively it's bad?) but it sounds like maybe the comments that indicated Empire had something Dallas didn't were correct.
