Women have played the hand they were dealt in erudite fashion with little or no  compunction. Speaking from my experiences, women are usually seen as more trustworthy when they make claims about being the victim of a man's criminal actions, violence, rape coercive behavior and so on. Their place in society from a historical perspective feeds the notion that women" being weaker sex" can never be belligerent or offer untrue statements. Anyone can be violent and make false claims.They already do that. The paradigm is well established and I'd suggest in common practice. Sadly because of so many women making false DV and rape claims the justice system get clogged up, and perpetrators walk.</blockquote>
