I sort of tend to think think people just speak the way they speak based on various influences--including class, education, region, and time spent on social media and it all just sort of seeps in and comes out of the person's mouth as the way they speak.  It's never occurred to me that it's deliberate.  Maybe it's because I haven't thought about it that much in those terms.</p></blockquote><p></p>
