I use that one a lot too. I think it ties in to one of my all time favorite shows growing up. Believe It Or Not was the theme song. Terrible show but hey, it was the 80s. I’m not tooting my own horn of course but as I think about it I guess I’m the math person in the family. Everyone always calls me and asks me to do the math for them. I’m just realizing how much money I could’ve made over the years had I charged them. To bad I wasn’t doing the math on that one. Oh, what I wouldn’t give to visit Italy! One day! I’m just afraid I wouldn’t want to come home. Never mind. I really don’t need to visit! All kidding aside though, that must’ve been pretty scary I bet. Thank goodness you made it out okay!! Yes, we flood quite easily where I am for I’m not that far from the ocean. A pretty steady rain here can get ugly pretty quickly. Yes, I’ve heard that expression and it definitely applies here. The story is still growing. And Friday didn’t help when my boss finally announced my anniversary in the morning meeting. As you know I’m very shy and not good with those announcements and I wasn’t expecting it that morning so when the woman on my right put her shoe on top of mine and the woman to my left grabbed my arm to keep me from running I had a pretty good indication of what was coming. “Stay still DFF and please find it in your heart to forgive us someday” was all I heard one whisper to me before I heard my name. But then everyone clapped and my boss asked me if I wanted to say anything and so I said the first thing that came to my mind. “No cake?” That got a good laugh. I didn’t think about that to be honest Lashes. Now you have me more than a little concerned. I’d hate to go through the same ordeal you went through at the hands of the TT justice system. I guess it was at the end of the other day. “So” I think anyway? But “Believe it or not” and “At the end of the day” now we’re at 4926, only 74 away.
