I absolutely get it. I've had times when I've been like that. I've had to really push myself sometimes. I can also freeze in situations that prove a bit of a challenge. It's not the best reaction, but if you're like that then you're like that. Shyness is a big deal and quite often I'll put on this big brave front which isn't how I feel at all but a good way of coping. Another great story DFF, glad it all turned out OK for you. I know they must get fed up and they're only human and I imagine they try extra hard nowadays with any situation being able to be caught instantly on phones. But I guess that's what comes with fame, like it or not. I don't think I've got anymore claim to fame stories, I think I've got enough to keep me going for a bit. Yes I agree and I tend to go a bit overboard to show my appreciation, but I prefer that than not getting it across. We live in a very thankless world unfortunately, but it's a simple word or gesture with a massive meaning when it's genuine. We all want to be appreciated don't we? I think if everyone can show a bit of appreciation by words or actions it can only be a positive nice thing. We're actually planning to go to London to watch their amazing firework display. We say every year when we watch it on TV we'll go so this year we are. We booked a hotel back in March and can't believe how quickly it's coming round now. I'm literally praying for that time off now and imagine I'll be offering to work allsorts to make up for it. Me too! As if I still feel like my mums baby? Yeah right! My daughter has a lot of freedom and living her own life although still lives at home and we're not best friends like a lot mothers and daughters claim to be. She has her friends and I have mine, but we have that relationship where we know we love each other and are there for each other. I do look forward to Christmas and birthdays though where I really can treat her like my baby girl. That's so funny! Whenever I took the children out for Halloween when they were younger I was always amazed how generous some people were or how they'd taken the time to separate sweets into little bags. We usually had a big tub full at the end of the night so now I like to give a little back now. Well when I'm home of course. Halloween is well and truly behind us for this year and bonfire night flew by in the blink of an eye. Do you celebrate Guy Fawkes night? I guess that's a dumb question as he wasn't American, not that it matters. Oh i'm not making much sense here, but hopefully you know what i mean. Is it studied over there as part of history as it is here? Do you celebrate anything like that? Your Thanksgiving is fast approaching and I shall be thinking of you all as well as feeling totally envious. Hope you've had a great week DFF and a wonderful weekend. Do you work weekends? That's nosey I know, but just curious. Take care for now and hope you're keeping well. And the same for everyone else here too. Happy Sunday all.
