Message: <blockquote data-quote="Frank Underwood" data-source="post: 406050" data-attributes="member: 35"><p>As much as I despise Biden, I blame the Democratic establishment even more.  The fact that he was seen as "transitional" in the first place is insane.  When selecting a nominee, people generally consider the likelihood of the candidate being able to serve a full two terms.  The Dems knew that Biden's health was declining, but they had a backup plan.  That's why they refused to let the 2020 primaries play out organically once Bernie Sanders emerged as the front runner.  The "Democratic" Party has consistently proven how undemocratic it truly is over the last 8 years.  Biden was clearly the contingency to get Harris in the White House all along, but they never expected her to falter this much.</p></blockquote><p></p>
