I do remember they updated the set in the 1990's, but just wasn't sure if it had been done that early. What confirms my theory is that the prison scenes in # 14.09 / 13.09 (see below) were definitely filmed at GMT so it's pretty obvious this courtroom was there too:</p><p>[ATTACH=full]21824[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>The jail set where Carter is taken to is definitely the standing set at GMT Studios.
