Logged out but still showing as Online

I'm being logged out every time I leave the computer for a second, but it's showing that 'Sarah' is still online. Any ideas?

When the computer is still *on*?? How does it even know you're away?

But I think there's a difference between logged out and surfing to another URL (haha, Surfin URL would sound nice on the music of Surfin USA).
Because I think that soapchat registers people-online-during-the-last-hour.

So, if you'd visit this site (logged in) only 1 second per hour, you're constantly "online", even if you aren't.
