I'm now going into the season two finale and Superman is fighting Supergirl in a brilliant twist where he believes she is Zod.

But I have to laugh at J'onn who is telling the civilians to "get to safety" they are blowing up the skyscrapers, where the hell can they find safety ?

I can't believe we have lost Mon-El, he was one of my favourite characters. Though he (somehow) managed to survive much longer that Rhea and get away, so I guess there is still hope he could return.

Her return re-energized the show. Did you catch the real life, political, anti-Trump implications of her AMAZING speech? (Her speech is at 2:46 in the clip below.) . Finally finished season 2.

Mon-El is a great addition to the show,

One thing that does rankle me is that we never got an explanation for why his name El is the same as that of Kara and Kal. In the original comics story he arrives on Earth with amnesia and is given the name El because it is thought he must be a relative, although later proves not to be the case.

I understand that Lex will appear in season 4 so perhaps they will meet then. In the meantime, yelling "Miss Teschmacher!" is always fun.

Superman is fighting Supergirl

Literally brought tears to my eyes. That just shouldn't happen. But I don't buy that Supergirl would be stronger, just like it never made sense in Superman II for all four Kryptonians to have exactly the same strength. Maybe it was her martial arts training with Alex that gave her the edge.
