This came as a shock and I wish her well. She always looks so fit and healthy and she was very brave re her honest and candid statement. Must have been hard to tell her children and she deserves her privacy in the difficult months ahead.

I'm not at all surprised and I figured it was something like this going. Hope she recovers well, though I'm assuming the press will be brutal about her appearance (because chemo does a number on you) while also peppering the headlines with how "brave" she is to avoid being too obvious about it.

It wasn't a shock that it was cancer since we all knew something was up with her. But it's really sad when someone that young gets cancer and how it affects the whole family. I hope she will make a full recovery and heal from this horrible disease.

I'm glad that she's completed chemo and is doing a lot better.
