The best way to stop that from happening is just to set the items down in the bagging area as you scan and then bag them up after you've paid.  The weight-sensitive bagging area is no longer weighing anything once it gets the money.If [USER=6]@Sarah[/USER] does trash the self-check machine, the cashiers will be very reluctant to ring up her items.</blockquote>
