I've not bought Special Brew since my late teens. Skol Super was another 9% beer that my peer group and I drank. They were cheep and strong and a 3 cans did job.I believe that spirits like vodka, whiskey, gin and many other have a defined minimum alcohol content to make the requirement to be recognised as vodka and so on.
