there were times that i didn't find him funny but than there were times when he was he was still on SNL back when it was still a good show. the last good year was i'd say (1997) i think? once Chris Farley was i believe fired it stopped being as good. sure there have been some sketches that are funny since than god is a boob man for one is pretty funny or dick in a box for another one. there's one i wish i remembered the name of it with a toilet that threw you off it i cant' remember the name of that one that one is funny as hell.
anyways the show Norm was pretty decent i used to watch that. i think if you like Dry humor i want to say you may like him. his humor reminds me of someone i can't remember who. i will say that i think Norm would be good friends with Al Bundy. i don't mean him Ed O Neil though they could be friends i have no idea i mean the character Al Bundy he would have fit right in on Married With Children but i doubt that he would be cast on that cause he'd be too much like how Ed O Neil portrayed Al no doubt.
