Biden may appear frail at times and he's undoubtedly slower than he used to be, but at least he’s rational. I may disagree with things that he does but that's because I think he's wrong and not because I think he's mentally incompetent. Biden is getting major bills passed and negotiating with world leaders while Trump is making increasingly incoherent and unhinged statements. I'm a lot more concerned about Trump's mental health than I am about Biden's.</blockquote>
