Ugh. My immune system totally crashed since my last birthday. Colds I don't usually get, skin cancers, lipoma clusters, no energy despite diet and exercise. I tried intermittent fasting and had a good time with it, but I've fallen off it in the last few weeks. Now, I've got two back injuries (one a sciatica thing because I tried to pick up something that was too heavy -- a workout weight I used to use routinely) and a recurrent injury (that hits me whenever I consume aspartame or during March pollen season). I had the first one for two weeks plus, and the second kicked in by the third week. And now I seem to have contracted something which makes me sweat and feel sore all over --- which could just be the fatigue from weathering all the back injuries, but feels like something more. Like the allergic reaction to pollen I have every year. And there's no one around to hear me whimper, so complaint is useless. So I'm a mess. My electrical system has also kept me really angsty for the last three weeks (what with the competing back injuries) so I finally figured out my Magnesium had to be low (despite taking one 200mg tablet daily to maintain a baseline but too low to cross the laxative threshold which tend to kick in with me after 3 or 4 pills in divided doses. But my magnesium was so low that I've taken 30 Magnesium pills over the last 36 hours with no laxative reaction at all!! And, boy, do I feel better than I have in weeks. I'm almost able to sleep for longer than 30 minutes at a time. Last night, however, I dreamed I was "told" I have the coronavirus, but it was probably just nocturnal fiction. If I get it, I hope I've already gotten it, because I seem to be okay. But if it gets me later, I'll be in serious trouble. Not to make this all about me. Unless I die. Then it will be partly about me -- and @TJames03 will chime in to say that he's glad I'm dead.
