Up until then, it&#039;s mostly about different combinations of characters in different cities in countries. I think that&#039;s one of the reasons it&#039;s my favourite of the three.&nbsp; And the real reunion on KNOTS already took place at the end of the original series when Val came back from the dead and Abby moved back to the cup-de-sac, which kind of renders the whole of BTCDS redundant.
