I wonder if other ITV regions dropped episodes (I suppose it&#039;s possible that there were regions that didn&#039;t broadcast it at all). The regional thing is a whole minefield. I remember writing to Sons And Daughters fans in the Eighties, and we were all at different points in the series because we were in different areas of the UK. There was a five year difference between the series end dates across some networks.
