Aging? I'm 52. My husband is 74. We have four grown kids between us aging from 44 to 25, 5 grandkids from 18 to 10. Honestly, except for taking more advil than we used to and maybe going to bed a bit earlier, we haven't changed a thing. He drinks whiskey and smokes cigars. I drink beer and smoke cigarettes. We eat whatever we feel like eating (budget permitting). Our doctor says he is in remarkable health and I am doing very well for a woman with Lupus. Oh, I know we could change our lifestyle and probably add a bunch of years to our lives. But seriously, why? I wouldn't want to live forever if I had to live being miserable. I guess I feel like I have done everything in this life I needed to do and I am damn sure gonna enjoy my golden years.
