Arsenal Last 3 Managers Compared

[Angela Chilling]

Today was Mikel Arteta's 51st Premier League game in charge of Arsenal which means that he matches the total of Unai Emery before he was sacked. It's interesting to compare their records:

Emery - P51 W25 D13 L13 - Points = 88
Arteta - P50 W21 D12 L17 Points = 75

Comparing that with Arsene Wenger's final 51 matches:

Wenger - P51 W27 D7 L17 - Points = 88

After all that upheaval and the disloyal fans and board driving Mr Wenger out and we are doing worse than we were under him especially when you consider how much more money Arteta and Emery were given to buy new players.

I think Arteta should be given more time but I still regret that we made Mr Wenger leave.

I agree, Arsene Wenger was a great manager - didnt Arsenal even win - ?? FA Cup the year he left - He was and Is Arsenal - and was treated shabbily

Its strange all the sackings of Arsenal, Chelsea and other clubs - no one is ever given time to build a club anymore

There will be no one in English football with the longevity of Arsene or Alex Fergusson - a different era then

Scottish football doesnt do it for me so dont include them!!! But glad the Gers won!!
