In the original watch, they both seemed like replacements for Carol and Doug, but now I see how well they are written as characters. I think it&#039;s thanks to them that viewers remained loyal to ER for longer, even though more and more original characters had disappeared.Season 7 offers guest stars and future stars again. It&#039;s always amazing who was seen as a patient on ER and who later went on to have a nice career.</blockquote>
