Would/Could Salford City ever change their colours from red to blue similar to Hyde United?

I know that Cardiff City in Wales did the opposite from blue to red and then back to blue again, and how Hyde United also went back and forth, so wondering if Salford City would do the same or even Hyde United changing their colours to white/black?
