Comments made by Tory liability and UK foreign secretary Liz Truss have prompted Vladimir Putin put Russia's nuclear forces on high alert. As if the current situation wasn't dangerous enough, she thinks talking tough and making treats towards Russia will play well towards he Tory base but it has antagonised the Russia leader to the extent that he is preparing to use nuclear weapons.
