Located across the Madison Gate to Lorimar Studios (formerly MGM), its physical address is 10000 Washington Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232.When Lorimar bought the studio lot from MGM in 1987, MGM moved its headquarters to this building across the street, which was originally called the Filmland Building.  The building was finally renamed Sony Pictures Plaza in 1992, but Sony sold it off a few years ago.  After slight remodeling, particularly of the color scheme of its outer shell, the building is now knows as One Culver.</blockquote>
