London Marathon Allows Runners To Define As Non-Binary

[Angela Chilling]

Having run the race 7 times, I am absolutely delighted at the news that participants in next year's London Marathon will be able to register as non-binary, rather than male or female. It's a welcome step to make the race more inclusive and welcoming to a group of runners which will enhance the race and encourage wider participation.

I hope this will encourage more sports to follow suit.
