A low payroll, not a lot of household names on their roster, yet they play the game the right way and at a much higher level than anyone else did this year. They deserve it! This team has a long history going back to 1969 when they were the Seattle Pilots. The team went bankrupt after just one season and moved to Milwaukee. Many difficult years still lay ahead but they finally started turning things around in the late 70s. In 1982 they made their first trip to the World Series but came up short. Now 44 years later and they’re finally back in the series. They finally got it done and that fan base deserves this. Milwaukee fans are very supportive of their teams and they waited a long time for this. I’m very happy for them! Not to mention somewhere Bob Uecker is smiling</blockquote>
