Why is it, a lot of times when I come here, that the notifications bell will show that I have X number of items (say 3 or 4), then after a few seconds, drop down to only one or none at all?
Sometimes this has happened to me, and I don't think that the notification goes away until you have actually clicked on it specifically and went to the post it's for.
