With Season 4, the climax/cliffhanger had already happened with Ciji's death. The final few episodes dealt with everyone's Knutty reactions to this, and the emotional intensity of it all was pure Knots gold. Strangely, the finale 'Willing Victims' was more of a muted wind-down to end off the season. Most of the drama had already happened, and you knew people's lives would never be quite the same again.</blockquote>
