Message: <blockquote data-quote="Daniel Avery" data-source="post: 241242" data-attributes="member: 27"><p>In one of James's photo threads, there is a photo of the 1980s Carringtons in the nursery that looks like it was used for publicity.  You can clearly see the upper edge of the set and a bit of the studio lighting, since the photographer pulled back too far while trying to capture as many of the cast as possible.  Used in publicity, it might not have the same effect since stories in the papers break that fourth wall....but if the viewer saw that view during the scene, it would have become "a scene about the lack of a ceiling in the nursery" rather than a scene about the kidnapped baby (or whatever the scene was supposed to be about).</p></blockquote><p></p>
