And then there&#039;s Mike sidling on his hands while seated on the long bench to get across without touching the floor, and leading two other customers behind him.Judi Dench also did some great drunk type acting when Laura had been anaesthetised at the dentist.&nbsp; It&#039;s all marvellously done.</blockquote>
