Yes, he's the most chatty filmmaker I've ever seen, and he's a fan of everything and everyone.
Whether he should star in his own films or not is up for debate. To me it usually comes across as a lack of restraint but I don't think he cares about any of that.

Tom O'Neill says Tarantino is exactly the same way on the phone. As one would expect.

Oh, he's such a little baby! (Ellen Barkin can't keep her hands off him! -- but keep an eye on her just on general principles: she's an Amber Heard pal and defender):

TITANIC is probably my default favorite of Leo's movies, but SHUTTER ISLAND might be my true top pick. I haven't seen the movie in years, but it's a good one. It's got lots of twists and turns, and I was totally surprised by the ending when I first saw it. I've seen CATCH ME IF YOU CAN and REVOLUTIONARY ROAD, but I wasn't a fan of the latter. He was good in GILBERT GRAPE, too, to be as young as he was.

CATCH ME IF YOU CAN
I can’t believe I didn’t mention this one earlier in this thread as it’s one of my all time favorite movies. The story of Frank Abagnale is quite amazing! I’m not sure if I consider it DiCaprio’s best performance. I still feel that was WOLF OF WALL STREET but it is my personal favorite.

Yikes, Leo is 50 and he still dumps the models he dates when they turn 25. :fp:
When is he gonna grow up and settle down with a woman who's 25 + and start a family?

Assuming he wants a family. He sure doesn't act like he does!
