To address the funding issue, IVF should not be funded by the NHS, it&#039;s not a clinical need, putting right botched plastic surgery done elsewhere should not be funded by NHS, patching up violent drunks should be charged, women and girls that get drunk, get pregnant, and haven&#039;t got a fuuuuuuuuuucking clue who they chose to get knocked up with should not be a service offered by the NHS.
