Following the success of our mission to find our favourite TV Characters on the Telly Talk, as promised, we are now preparing for the spinoff that is TV Couples.
Over the coming months and something to take us through to 2022, we will be embarking on a new mission to find Telly Talk's favourite TV Couple.
Here are the categories under which we will be voting.
Genuine Love Couples – The couple you believe truly belong together based on the strength of their love (I may have been a little overly dramatic there) – Examples could be Aaron & Robert (EMMERDALE), JR & Sue Ellen (DALLAS)
Sexual Chemistry – The couple you think would have that lustful connection but not necessarily want to live together. Examples could be Gary & Abby (KNOTS), Jon Snow & Daenerys (GAME OF THRONES).
Favourite Pairings - Two characters you believe work well together, no real love or sex, just a simple partnership. Examples could be Henry & Amos (EMMERDALE), Tony Soprano & Jennifer Melfi (THE SOPRANOS)
Fantasy Pairings – Two characters you think would be electric together, not necessarily from the same show. Examples could be JR & Alexis, Miss Ellie and Jessica Fletcher, Columbo and Sherlock.
Comedy Partnership – Whether it's George & Mildred, The Doctor and Donna or the hilarious Nick and Anne Matheson
Dysfunctional Couples - Couples you believe are in an abusive relationship, whether that's hard-hitting abuse or abusive for comedy purposes.
Star Crossed Lovers -Couples who belong together but don't end up together.
Telly Talk's Ultimate TV Couple - Determined by voting from the top couples across all the categories after each result.
No Restrictions
One Rule - Please name the show each couple/character comes from.
Mission One begins Monday 8th November.
