Yesterday, as soon as Marcus Rashford failed to score with his penalty I knew he would face a torrent of racist abuse online. Britain is becoming and increasingly scary place for black people and Boris Johnson not only doesn't care, he and his government are encouraging it.  England player Tyrone Mings tweeted this in response to Priti Patel condemning the racist abuse directed at black England players and he is spot on:</blockquote>
