Why is the "lily pond catfight" better in nuDynasty than oldDynasty?

The Studio catfight trumps the one in the lily pond, because they didn't even try to hide the fact that it looked nothing like Filoli

The studio catfight didn't even use much of the footage they had of Joan and Linda on the floor, opting to stay on the master shot with the obvious (male?) stunt doubles.

No, they were female stunts (contrary to the popular belief) but not the usual ones.

And in the original catfight, the famous line "you miserable bitch" was changed into "oh you, I'll get you" ! :re:

In Spain the "bitches" usually translated as "witches" (you can laugh as loud as you like...) so Krystle did say to Alexis "You miserable witch...". At the time you couldn´t hardly hear in public TV dirty words like "son of a..." or "whore". There were a lot of nicer-sounding words for all that, and most of them seemed to belong to the 19th century. Oh and the same thing happened on "Dallas" in Spain.

I have an idea! Instead of another tired old score playing in the background of Krystle & Alexis' Season 3 catfight in the lily pond, why not use actual recordings from spectacular operatic diva Lily Pons -- despite our knowing that most viewers will never catch the reference?

Just as I want Prokofiev's "The Capulets and the Montagues" playing over the design studio catfight in THE REUNION in 1991.
