John Karlen (Cagney and Lacey) suffers stroke

He forms one of my favourite set of couples on tv and I'm sad to report that John Karlen - Harvey Lacey in Cagney and Lacey - has suffered a stroke. My thoughts are with him. Such a fine actor and lovely man.

I just came to post that. It's amazing seeing all the different lives that actors lead in various shows. And I'm wearing my Willie Loomis roll neck today too.

I also love that about vintage TV shows. That it's beauty is always preserved. Karlen will always be Willie Loomis to me, Heather Locklear will always be Samantha Josephine sliding down a bannister.
