I'm not too keen on it either. But then I rarely like it when sites formats are changed, and then I get used to it if I'm forced to. This all looks very 'Windows 10', which I've also been resisting.

Windows 8 didn't work for me anymore, and I mean that literally. The problems I had disappeared after I had upgraded to W10 ...coincidence? I don't think so. They sabotaged W8 and thus forced me to upgrade.

When I upgraded to 10 last year it was a complete nightmare, but it's much better now. I guess they've had a lot of complaints.

The forum looks different again. It's like magic!

I like the style of the other forums above better than this new one. This looks so edgy and makes me feel strange.
Is there a way to get the halloween style as setting choice back? I loved it so much and was using it for years now, even if there was no halloween. :D

Oh my god, this edit-window is sooo ugly... :lmao:
What i wanted to ad is, that there is no "style"-button (or at least i didn't found it) in this new style, so i can switch back to standard style.

Not right now but I'm working on it, or I should say I'm waiting on confirmation about more styles

We only have Default (which is the main forum and forums) and Iodine which is this forum. I've kept it down to just this forum as I look for feedback on what works and what doesn't.

Yes i know, but i mean the button to change it.
Like on the normal soapchat page in the Default-modus, there is the style-button at the end of the page.
There I can chose between Default and lodine, but once i've chosen lodine, there's no way back to Default and one is stuck with lodine, because lodine is missing the style-link at the end of the page. That's what i meant. ;)

...the hell happened here? I take a week-long holiday and the whole place blows apart in the meantime. :eek: Hundreds of thousands of posts - some of which was brilliant stuff that took its authors a lot of time and effort to put together - all gone for good, in an instant.

James' brilliant re-watching threads, original (often heated) reactions to TNT's Dallas as it aired, the classic movies thread, the Peyton Place thread, our discussions of Empire, Revenge and other recent soaps, political discussions like Brexit, Ome's threads - especially the Melrose one which I thought was great fun, my own Colbys development thread...

And, as I see, some of the members whose posts I loved reading appear to have disappeared, at least for the time being, along with the content. I'm glad everyone's in the re-building mode, but the loss is just incredibly sad. I struggle to fathom it.
